Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The period begins fourteen days after the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply send us a clear statement by email or post.
You are welcome to use our cancellation form, which we provide for you to print out as a PDF.
However, the use of the form is not mandatory.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel the contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (unless you chose a more expensive delivery option than the standard delivery offered by us). The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice at the latest.

We will use the same payment method you used for your order for the refund, unless you expressly request otherwise. Under no circumstances will this incur any additional costs. We may refuse to refund until we receive the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods to us within fourteen days of cancellation. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen days.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
