Payment & Shipping
Once we receive your payment, we will prepare your order for shipping within 24 hours.
Shipping costs:
Shipping costs within Germany are €3.99. Shipping is free for orders over €50.00. For deliveries to Austria and Switzerland, we charge a flat shipping fee of €8.99 per order.
Shipping service provider:
We ship with DHL. Delivery to packing stations within Germany is possible.
Delivery times:
In Germany, delivery usually takes place within 1-3 working days.
For shipments to Austria or Switzerland, the delivery time is approximately 3–7 working days.
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If your order contains items with different delivery times, we will ship them together. The delivery time will be based on the item with the longest delivery time.
Returns & Return Shipping:
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
Important: Personalized items (e.g. with engraving) are excluded from the right of return as they were made especially for you.
Please contact us before returning your item so we can provide you with all the necessary return information. We'll be happy to help you make the return process as easy as possible.
