What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are €3.99 within Germany. Shipping is free within Germany for orders over €50.00. For deliveries to Austria, we charge €6.99, and for deliveries to Switzerland, €8.99 per order.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery within Germany is typically 1–3 business days. For deliveries to Austria and Switzerland, delivery may take 3–7 business days. Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging. Personalized items, such as those with engraving, may not be eligible for return. Contact us for further information regarding returns.

Can I change or cancel my order?
